E-bike tour Bohemian Saxon Switzerland National Park

From the rock formations at Tisa into the sandstones

Hit the road with our comfortable e-bikes and enjoy a beautiful day in the trans-border Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland National Parks area. This is not a mountain bike tour; it mainly follows paved forest bike trails. The tour hits the most popular hot spots. You’ll see the unique rock formations at Tisa, the highest table mountains in the area – Sněžník (el. 723 m) on the Czech side of the border and Großer Zschirnstein (el. 561 m) on the German side. Then you’ll descend into Europe’s deepest sandstone canyon (el. 120 m) with walls reaching a height of 300 m.

Many panoramas will open up to you as you travel through the undulating landscape of Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland. Nearby are the city of Dresden and the neighboring Bohemian Highlands and Ore Mountains. To round off the tour we’ll have a meal for you, either a picnic basket stocked with local treats, or a stop at a local café.
The tour starts at our rental shop and we’ll take you in our van to the Tisa rock formations. First you’ll visit this unique natural monument. Afterwards you’ll be equipped with high-end electric touring bikes and a waterproof pannier, a helmet and a bottle of water. As soon as you’ve been acquainted with your e-bike you’ll start the tour. There are ascents and descents, and some cycling ability is necessary. The tour ends in Děčín at our bike rental shop.
